CT4.FORUM
Exclusive CISO peer forum. Interact, collaborate, give back. Free for verified CISOs and senior security leaders. Charter cohort: 50-100 founding members, personally invited by the author.
The Hardest Audience in Cybersecurity to Reach — Together
CISOs and senior security leaders carry conversations that don't belong in public forums. Real breach details. Vendor disputes. Regulatory tensions. Career inflection points. The CT4 Forum is the closed peer space where those conversations happen — among people who can actually relate, with the author personally present and active in the room. Free. Role-verified. Confidential by default.
Peer Conversations Need Peer Audiences
🔒 Confidentiality by Design
What's discussed in the Forum stays in the Forum. No screenshots. No off-platform sharing. Violation = permanent removal. The strict standard makes the candor possible.
👥 Same Altitude, Same Stakes
Conversations are richer when everyone in the room has answered the same kind of board question, defended the same kind of budget, and lost the same kind of sleep. CISO-only enables that.
✍️ Author Actively Present
This isn't a forum where the author shows up once a quarter. Nahil Mahmood is in the conversations daily — not as moderator, but as a peer. Direct line, no gatekeepers.
🌐 Strategic Gateway
The Forum sits at the intersection of every other CT4 surface — consulting, Direct Partner, Ventures governance, research, policy work. Members shape the methodology's evolution.
Three Steps to the Inaugural Cohort
Express Your Interest
Submit the form below. Tell us your title, your organization (industry + rough size is enough — we don't need names of clients or sensitive details), and what you'd want to discuss in a peer forum.
Personal LinkedIn DM
Nahil personally reviews each application — no auto-responses. Approved candidates receive a LinkedIn message with the connection invite and the inaugural-cohort welcome details.
Advanced Portal Opens
Once the inaugural 50-100 charter members are seated, the dedicated CISO-Forum portal launches — threaded discussions, peer challenges, monthly virtual roundtables, breach-debrief working groups.
A Note on the Charter Cohort
The charter cohort is intentionally small. 50-100 founding CISOs is not a constraint — it is a design choice. A peer forum at this altitude only works when every member knows every other member is at the same altitude. Once the charter cohort is seated, the format and tooling lock in. Subsequent admission criteria stay tight by design.
Express Your Interest
Submitting interest is not a guarantee of admission. Every application is read personally and assessed for fit with the inaugural cohort.
