CT4.EXPERT is not a one-day exam. It's a 60-day assessment process that tests theoretical mastery, applied competence on a real transformation case study, and the ability to defend your thinking under live questioning.
📚 Part 1 · Knowledge Exam
3-hour comprehensive exam covering all six frameworks at expert depth. Multiple-choice plus extended response. Tests not just knowledge but framework integration — how SYMPTOMS feeds MATURITY feeds STRATEGY in real transformations.
📝 Part 2 · 40-Page Capstone
Within 45 days of passing the exam, submit a 40-page case study of a real or anonymized cybersecurity transformation you led. Apply all six CT4 frameworks. Show artifacts, decisions, outcomes. Graded by two CT4.NINJA-certified examiners independently.
🎙️ Part 3 · Live Interview
60-minute panel interview with two examiners (one CT4.NINJA + one academic reviewer). Defend your capstone. Answer methodology challenges. Demonstrate mastery under pressure. Recorded. Outcomes notified within 14 days.
CT4.EXPERT Unlocks CT4.DIRECT
This is the only credential below NINJA that qualifies you to apply for the CT4.DIRECT Partner franchise — Anthropic-style independence with shared brand, methodology, and supply chain. Upon earning CT4.EXPERT, you become eligible to submit a Direct Partner application. Approved partners run CT4-branded consulting practices, deliver transformations using the licensed methodology, and keep 100% of project revenue.
